feedback. The online
system invites the
individual to complete a
questionnaire about
their competencies and
behaviours. This self
perception is then
contrasted against
responses from a
selection of superiors,
peers and subordinates
to give a 360°
view. A comprehensive
report is generated
which details these
(anonymous) responses.
The report includes
features such as
quantitative results
mapped by relationship
as well as qualitative
feedback and suggestions
for future improvement
actions.
